It is designed to project an astronomical light inspired by the moon and planets in a soft approach. The lamp boasts a [pendant shape](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/comet-pendant) and highlights the concept of reflected light, playing on the idea that one cannot look directly at the sun's light. The illumination evokes a [soft glow](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/loops-lamp) as a result as some materials are used to diffuse the light that comes from the bulb. The Space Traveler shines light against a brass object that bounces that light off as a weakened light to illuminate the room. The composition of the design also celebrates the overarching heavenly inspiration behind the look.
