The home is [built around a courtyard](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arthur-residence) that is surrounded by a neighborhood of bungalows. The house is made for a [private lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/clifton-house) with an indoor and outdoor space. It boasts a modern design language and is decorated with clerestory windows along the front roofline -- this is applied to give off the appearance that the roof is floating. Although the home is built with a lot of glass materials, the strategic placement of the windows still ensures privacy. At the back of the house is a [large covered patio](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-tres-patis) with a functioning kitchen and open living spaces. The materials include a blend of "Texas limestone, western red cedar, ipe wood decking, concrete pavers, insulated glass, and white oak flooring."
