Hip hop artist Ludacris recently introduced the Soul Electronics ‘Party in a Box’ at CES 2012, which will likely rival the new speakers that fellow artist Dr. Dre unveiled just last year for his [Beats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stussy-x-beats) by Dre line.

The hip hop artist’s Soul Electronics ‘Party in a Box’ is gaining quite a buzz since its unveiling at CES 2012. This marks Ludacris’ very first speaker system after being in the headphones game for about a year. The ‘Party in a Box’ has Airplay and Bluetooth capabilities that allow for wireless connectivity. It’s also packing an [eight-speaker, omni-directional sound system](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lr-series) with two 6.5-inch woofers, four 1-inch tweeters and dual 3-inch mid-range speakers. Clearly, the brand is serious about bringing the noise. There’s also a [visual effects](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jlab-party-speaker), 12V cigarette lighter adapter, a dock for devices and more.

Given the impressive specs, this could give Monster a run for its money.
