Soo Kwon is only a graduate student, so we’re sure to see much more from the creator of Licht. We can only hope that all of her future creations are so brilliant. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.4/10 - Popularity: 17% | Activity: 16% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Innovative Lamp Designs:** Soo Kwon's Licht design challenges traditional conceptions of lamps and opens up opportunities for new, unique lighting solutions. - **Sculptural Lighting:** Kwon's approach reimagines lamps as works of art, inviting disruption in the decorative lighting industry. - **Simplistic Illumination:** The beautiful simplicity of the shadows and silhouettes cast by Licht shines a light on the potential for minimalist lighting designs. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Decor:** Kwon's Licht design creates opportunities for new decorative lighting in residential and commercial spaces. - **Furniture Design:** The integration of sculpture and lighting in Kwon's design is a potential game changer in the furniture design industry. - **Architectural Design:** Kwon's Licht design opens doors for architects and designers to incorporate lighting as a key element in the rooms they design. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Fluid Structural Lighting Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/loja.md) - [Mushroom-Inspired Sleek Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lunar-lamp-concept.md) - [Umbrella-Inspired Whimsical Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wasaga-lamp.md) - [Elegant Metal Perforated Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/foreshadow-table-lamp.md) - [Organically Shaped Shadow Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/loops-lamp.md) - [Ecological Dual Lampshade Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/air-light.md) - [3D-Printed Sculptural Sustainable Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/scoop-lamp.md) - [Ultra-Chic Sculptural Lighting Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sculptural-lighting-design.md) - [Archetypal Conical Light Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fragile-lamp.md)
