It is said that by 2050, many people around the world will make up a population of [climate refugees](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/allspace-1). Those who have lost their homes due to the impact of climate change may seek shelter in floating mobile houses that drift across the world's oceans. Sony designed a futuristic [floating mobile home](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pura-vida-floating-home) to depict a potentially foreseeable housing solution. These hexagonal structures would form a unique ecosystem in which sea nomads coexist with the ocean. The prospective housing would include an engine with a cleaning filter, a sail, and a stabilizer in the living area. Moreover, the two-story home is equipped with an adjustable storm roof.
