With a [wrap-around balcony](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-95) that surrounds the entire house, you will get a view in every direction of the Spanish countryside. With a [swimming pool directly in the middle](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/baan-oo) of the house, you can enjoy a swim while looking out the doors toward the far off landscape. At night, the 'Solo House' becomes a spectacle within itself, as it lights up to become a beacon in the night. As you are perched above the trees, the balconies of the 'Solo House' offer a romantic place to have dinner as you watch the sunset across the Spanish sky and see the colors dance as the moon rises into the sky. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.9/10 - Popularity: 12% | Activity: 7% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Elevated Bungalow Living:** Opportunity for innovative designs and sustainable materials to create elevated bungalows for unique living experiences. - **Panoramic View Architecture:** Potential for architects to design homes with wrap-around balconies that offer panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. - **Nighttime Spectacle Architecture:** Opportunity to create architecturally designed homes that transform into visually stunning nighttime spectacles, enhancing the overall experience. ### Where This Applies - **Architecture:** Architects can pioneer the development of elevated bungalow designs and introduce new innovative materials and building techniques. - **Hospitality:** Opportunity for hospitality businesses to create unique accommodation experiences by incorporating panoramic view architecture into hotels and resorts. - **Lighting Design:** Lighting designers can capitalize on the idea of nighttime spectacle architecture by creating innovative lighting systems that enhance the aesthetics of buildings. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sustainable Canopy Pavilions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-solai.md) - [Minimal White-Plastered Hillside Villas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-bundle-house.md) - [Elevated Treetop Modern Cabins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/buitenverblijf-nest.md) - [Mountaintop Cantilevered Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/levitae-house.md) - [Off-Grid Oceanside Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/campos-studio.md) - [Mountain-Top Tranquil Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-aire.md) - [Nature-Immersive Tranquil Resorts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/treehouse-villas.md) - [Stilts-Reading Suspended Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-hole-with-the-house-around.md) - [Hillside Family Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sky-house-1.md)
