It would be easy to misinterpret the scale of the SOL Dome, for its structure looks impossibly fine; nevertheless, the video of this web-like semi-sphere will put things in perspective for you. The installation has been made from a stiff woven combination of carbon and fiberglass that's been manipulated into a [geodesic framework of circles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/circle-dome-square) to create a pattern that imitates the appearance of bonded carbon atoms.

Along this theme, Loop.pH's pavilion was enhanced with the after-dark feature of [colorful bright lighting cast upon it](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/a-capsule-in-time). An on-site carbon sensor collects information about the gas's movement in the air and the illumination displays the patterns that have been picked up. Set up at the [solar-powered](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/michael-jantzen-2) 'Fall In... Art and Sol Festival,' the SOL Dome generates its own energy from the sun.
