In response to a client's request for an additional room tailored for wine tasting, New York-based architecture and design firm Allied Works Architecture has created three interconnected structures, 'Sokol Blosser Winery Tasting Room,' located at the Dundee Hills in Dayton, Oregon. Known as a wine growing region in the Pacific Northwestern district, the structures offer picturesque views of the Yamhill Valley below.

Occupying a space of 5,700 square feet, the structure's exterior is inspired by the [rows of vineyard](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wine-storehouse) and is reflected in the [layered striped wood](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/anthony-timberlands). The centerpiece or the focal point of the entire structure is the [wine tasting room](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/goodbye-horses-1) that includes an outdoor and indoor terrace, a sitting area, a bar, a hearth, a library, walled gardens and a kitchen. Keeping function in mind, the building is organized in a way that openly invites a wide range of wine tasting experiences. The interior takes on an angular structure, wrapping visitors around the warm wooden tones of the interior.
