Snow Drop by Dan Henriksson is a stunning [wall-mounted clothes hook system](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/triangle-hanger) that [mimics bleached Asahikawa trees](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aghsan) in the winter. Fixed along a crooked central spine, the piece is decorated with zigzaging offshoots that provide an abundance of pointed pegs on which jackets, scarves, hats and handbags can be conveniently hung. The handsome hanger is made from [rigidly cut panels of wood](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hayashi-cabinet) and painted with a pure white finish. Small horizontal ledges act as braces between each bough and afford opportune places for keys and cellphones to perch. The overall effect of Snow Drop by Dan Henriksson is one of fetching functionality, and the sculptural elegance that comes from the way it plays with light and shadow. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.7/10 - Popularity: 28% | Activity: 14% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Natural-form Design:** Incorporating natural forms into interior design to soften the threshold between indoors and outdoors. - **Wall-mounted Storage Systems:** Creating innovative ways to maximize storage space on walls, such as a wall-mounted clothes hook system. - **Functional Sculptural Furniture:** Designing furniture that not only serves a practical purpose but also adds an element of elegance and aesthetic appeal. ### Who This Affects Most - **Interior Design:** Exploring new ways to bring natural elements into interior design, such as incorporating tree-inspired coat racks. - **Storage Solutions:** Developing innovative storage solutions for small spaces, like wall-mounted storage systems. - **Furniture Design:** Creating functional furniture pieces that double as artistic sculptures to provide both utility and beauty. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sporty Climbing-Inspired Hangers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grip-hanger.md) - [Tripod-Like Garment Racks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/multifunctional-coat-rack.md) - [Chinese Character-Shaped Coat Racks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/resting-coat-rack.md) - [Wall-Mounted Wall Rack](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/velto.md) - [Swedish Entryway Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/classic-collection.md) - [Playful Monkey-Inspired Coat Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/monkey-coat-stand.md) - [Living Storage Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/treevive.md) - [Wall-Mounted Umbrella Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/umbrella-1.md) - [Wall Art Umbrella Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/justin-case.md)
