For those unfamiliar, a snickerdoodle is a soft-baked cookie rolled in a sweet cinnamon sugar coating. It's a recipe that's especially popular in the wintertime and around the holiday season. Crumbl's take on the cookie consists of two chilled, soft-baked [snickerdoodle cookies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/twix-snickerdoodle) sandwiching a layer of sweet vanilla cream cheese frosting. The whole thing is then drizzled with white icing and a dusting of cinnamon-sugar. The new Snickerdoodle Sandwich Cookies are available as part of Crumbl's rotating lineup for the week ending January 13, 2024, alongside other tasty offerings like the [Peanut Butter Cookies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chocolate-reeses-pieces-cookie) & Cream Cookie, the Banana Bread Cookie, the Waffle Cookie, and more.
