Following the [Ash is Ok](http://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ash-is-ok) ashtray-flowerpot, we bring you this cool Smoker Bench. The Smoker Bench by Fatih Baltas features a [double-sided bench](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/balance-bench) with [live green plants in the middle](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plantable-office) and big ashtrays on the corners. This way you can enjoy the greenery while having a smoking break and cause less damage to the environment, thanks to the plants. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.4/10 - Popularity: 32% | Activity: 63% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Smoking-friendly Designs:** Opportunity to create innovative designs that incorporate greenery to offset the negativity of smoking. - **Ashtray-flowerpot:** Potential to combine ashtrays and flowerpots to create multi-functional smoking accessories. - **Smoking Break Environments:** Possibility to design outdoor spaces that cater to smokers while promoting a healthier environment. ### Where This Applies - **Furniture Design:** Furniture manufacturers can explore creating smoking-friendly benches and outdoor seating options. - **Urban Design:** Urban planners and architects can incorporate smoking-friendly elements into public spaces to cater to smokers' needs. - **Landscaping and Gardening:** Landscapers and gardeners can explore creating custom green spaces that accommodate smokers and promote environmental consciousness. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Design-Conscious Cannabis Ashtrays](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/standing-ashtray.md) - [Storage-Equipped Concrete Ashtrays](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vessel-ash.md) - [Clamping Windproof Ashtrays](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/clamping-windproof-ashtray.md) - [High-End Ashtray Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ash-blackwood-ashtray.md) - [Retro Ashtray Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/retro-ashtray.md) - [Collaboration Cannabis Paraphernalia](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/houseplant-products.md) - [Tree-Intertwined Metal Benches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tenir-bench.md) - [Bike-Friendly Outdoor Benches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pinajarro-bench.md) - [Elevated Celeb-Backed Ashtray Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ashtray-set.md)
