It has a [slim design for hidden installation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/xiaomi-mijia-hidden-smart-curtain) with a retractable drying rod that can be concealed inside the ceiling. The dryer has an integrated design with six-series aluminum alloy drying rods and 49 SUS304 steel wire rope strands. The Mijia Smart Clothes Dryer 1S comprises 32 mother and baby clips, four drying rods, four horizontal wire ropes, and 38 windproof hanging holes. The dryer can also hold up to 35 kg, and the length of the drying rod can be adjusted telescopically.
