Upon entering a casino, a multitude of flashy colorful objects compete to attract your attention. That is why creating a unique and alluring gaming machine is so important. With 'Concerto,' Konami Gaming partnered with Karten design, a medical device company, to create a winning slot machine design. First, they created a slot machine that incorporates a car headlight shape to attract people with its recognizability. Next, the wide-screen that surrounds the user causes them to stay, while the [pull-out keyboard enhances comfort](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ergonomic-gaming-furniture) while playing. Surprisingly, slot machines have not been updated even though the games have been adapted to modern players. Concerto provides an improved design that will be sure to help gamblers increase their risks for hours and hours. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.3/10 - Popularity: 34% | Activity: 27% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Digital Health Care Technologies:** By incorporating design elements from digital health care technologies, there is an opportunity to create more relaxing and engaging slot machine experiences. - **Unique and Alluring Gaming Machines:** The importance of creating unique and alluring gaming machines in crowded casino environments provides an opportunity for businesses to stand out and attract more players. - **Modernizing Slot Machine Design:** There is an untapped opportunity to update and modernize slot machine designs to cater to the preferences of modern players. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Casino and Gambling:** The casino and gambling industry can benefit from incorporating design elements inspired by digital health care technologies to create more captivating slot machines. - **Consumer Electronics:** The consumer electronics industry has an opportunity to innovate and provide comfortable and engaging gaming experiences through the incorporation of unique design elements in slot machines. - **Medical Devices:** The medical device industry can expand its reach and expertise by partnering with the gaming industry to create innovative and relaxing slot machine designs. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [nostalgic slot machine designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/licensing-agreement-with-hasbro.md) - [At-Home Gameshow Slot Machines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arcade1up-wheel-of-fortune-casinocade-deluxe.md) - [Gaming Experience-Enhancing Innovations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/inspired-entertainment1.md) - [Survivalist Series Slot Machines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/squid-game-slot-machine.md) - [Arcade-Style Game Machines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/andamiro-usa.md) - [Portuguese Slot Machine Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/saw-gg.md) - [Reimagined Age-Inclusive Classic Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ageinclusive-classic-game.md) - [Handheld Gaming Console Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/playfusion.md) - [Approachable Handheld Gaming Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ayaneo-3.md)
