Ukrainian architects Arutunyan and Malyshenko work together with the founders of fashion imprint Sleeper KAte Zubareva and Asta Varetsa to design the new Sleeper office. Together, the team remodels the entire interior space and highlights comfort and productivity at the forefront of its focus. It was important to nourish the well-being of the team and they speak about the new design. There is a slew of [retro items and antiques](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/art-curators-apartment) throughout the office including the chair from the 60s and items from the 70s.

Arutunyan states that "Sleeper's vision completely animated this [fading industrial building](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lbtm-shop) in the historical part of Podil." The brand comments that "The designers referenced the [mid-twentieth-century aesthetic](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/norton-folgate-offices) of celebration halls and scientific institutes, with their simple futuristic forms."
