These gummies help to support multiple phases of rest with L-theanine, quick-release melatonin and time-release melatonin. In the first phase of the [triple-action time release](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vena-lights-out-gummies), the gummies help with relaxation and unwinding. Then, the gummies help adults fall asleep faster. Finally, the gummies promote long-lasting sleep. The potent, triple-action technology offers three sleep benefits in a single supplement with a blueberry flavor. Saumya Mishra, Vice President of Marketing, Nature's Bounty, says, "Our consumer insights revealed that people want quality sleep—not just to fall asleep faster but to stay asleep longer too—they want a holistic approach to sleep quality that includes both elements." ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.7/10 - Popularity: 27% | Activity: 37% | Freshness: 16% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Health](https://www.trendhunter.com/health) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Triple-action Sleep Supplements:** There is a growing demand for triple-action sleep supplements that provide relaxation, promote fast sleep and lasting sleep for adults who experience occasional sleeplessness. - **Time-release Technology:** Time-release technology in supplements is gaining popularity as it provides multiple phases of rest and prolonged release of supplements to achieve better sleep quality. - **Natural Sleep Aids:** Consumers are looking for natural sleep aids like the Sleep3 Gummies that contain L-theanine and melatonin for a holistic approach to sleep quality. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Supplement:** The supplement industry can capitalize on the growing demand for natural sleep aids and time-release technology to create innovative sleep supplements with multiple rest phases. - **Health and Wellness:** The health and wellness industry can explore the use of blueberry flavor and other natural ingredients in sleep supplements to target consumers who want quality sleep and relaxation. - **Pharmaceutical:** The pharmaceutical industry can innovate by combining natural sleep aids and time-release technology to make new medications for sleep-related disorders. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Extended Release Melatonin Gummies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/time-release-melatonin-gummies.md) - [Soothing Melatonin Gummy Supplements](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/megafood-extra-strength-sleep-melatonin-gummies.md) - [Extra-Strength Melatonin Gummies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/natrol-melatoninmax.md) - [Comprehensive Sleep-Focused Gummy Supplements](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pure-sleep.md) - [Sleep-Enhancing Gummies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/night-trip-gummies.md) - [Soothing Melatonin Cannabis Gummies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pluscbd-reserve-collection-sleep-gummies.md) - [Rapid Cannabis Sleep Gummies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/raspberry-dream-sleep-gummy.md) - [Melatonin-Sensitive Sleep Gummies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/advocare.md) - [Multi-Ingredient Cannabis Sleep Aids](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cbn-sleep-gummies.md)
