# Fist-Shaped Shooters The Slammers Shot Glasses Help You Pound Down the Booze By Gil Cohen | Published 2013-01-14 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/slammers-shot-glasses References: [justmustard](http://www.justmustard.com/product-91/slammers-shot-glasses/) When using the Slammers Shot Glasses, you don't just delicately sip your beverages; you grab your shots with your fists, gulp them down and then slam the glass down for more. Drinking booze and shooting alcohol at a party can get people pretty rowdy and even a little bit violent, but there's no need to resort to fisticuffs when you have these fist-shaped shot glasses lying around. Any altercations can be amended by filling up these handy cups with a strongly intoxicating beverage of your choice, and then fist-bumping as you cheers each other with the glasses. Once you are done pounding down your drinks, slam down the Slammers Shot Glasses instead of your own fists to signal another round. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.3/10 - Popularity: 20% | Activity: 11% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 90% men, 10% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Kitchen](https://www.trendhunter.com/kitchen) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Fist-shaped Shot Glasses:** Opportunity for disruptive innovation in the barware industry to create unique and interactive drinking experiences. - **Rowdy Drinking Culture:** Opportunity to develop new products and services that facilitate safe and enjoyable party experiences. - **Novelty Bar Accessories:** Opportunity to tap into the market for fun and entertaining barware that enhances social interactions. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Barware:** Opportunity for innovative designs and materials that elevate the drinking experience and capture consumer interest. - **Party Supplies:** Opportunity to create party accessories that encourage social interaction and add a playful element to gatherings. - **Gift and Novelty:** Opportunity to offer unique and quirky products that make great gifts and enhance the novelty factor in various settings. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Festive Titanium Shot Glasses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/idea-sekikawa-design.md) - [Deceptive Stout Glasses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/schneaky-espresso-martini.md) - [Tequila Shot Glass Boards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tequila-shot-glass-board.md) - [Brutalist-Inspired Artful Glassware](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/martini-shot-glass.md) - [Edible Cocktail Shots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cocktail-shots1.md) - [Squeezable Spiked Punches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sun-ice.md) - [Whisky-Filled Stockings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/whisky-stocking.md) - [Spoon-Served Spherified Shooters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/highwire-lounge.md) - [Sophisticated Jello Shots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/solid-wiggles.md)
