If there is a high risk that your mole or skin lesion is a sign of malignant cancer, the app will advise you to go get medical attention as soon as possible. Otherwise, it lets you know that you don't have to worry about it. In order to check if a patch of skin contains cancer, all you have to do is take a picture of it. SkinVision will then compare the picture to a database of over 400,000 moles in order to determine if it is a threat. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.8/10 - Popularity: 47% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Mobile](https://www.trendhunter.com/mobile) ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Volunteer-Recruiting Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/commune-app.md) - [Book-Digitizing Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/booke-app.md) - [Cat Selfie-Enabling Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/snapcat.md) - [Home-Controlling Phone Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/phone-add-on.md) - [Item-Hunting Fashion Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/walkby-app.md) - [Free-Form Note Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vesper-app.md) - [Popcorn Monitoring Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/perfect-pop.md) - [Timley Arrival Reminder Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/reminder-apps.md) - [Inbox Management Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/triage-app.md)
