The artist David Moreno expertly crafts structures that look like sketches come to life. The sculptures come in the form of [architectural structures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/illusion-box) that look like haphazardly drawn houses. They come in a variety of different colors and their architectural influence makes them look like [sketches of homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/a-house-within-a-few-lines) in pre-design phases that have been brought to life. Although they look as though they were strewn together, it is apparent that the construction of these sculptures required significant attention to detail. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.2/10 - Popularity: 62% | Activity: 55% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Gen Alpha, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Sketch-inspired Sculptures:** Opportunity for artists to create unique and dynamic sculptures that mimic the appearance of sketches. - **Architectural Influence:** Chance for architects and designers to incorporate the aesthetics of sketching into their architectural designs. - **Attention to Detail:** Potential for artists and craftsmen to showcase their meticulousness in crafting sculptures that resemble detailed sketches. ### Where This Applies - **Art and Sculpture:** Artists can explore new techniques and styles by creating sketch-inspired sculptures. - **Architecture and Design:** Architects and designers can integrate the concept of sketching into their architectural projects. - **Craftsmanship and Sculpture:** Sculptors and craftsmen can showcase their attention to detail by crafting sculptures that resemble detailed sketches. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sculptural Writing Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/experimental-pencils.md) - [Stone-Grip Conical Pencils](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aluminum-sphere.md) - [Limited 3D-Printed Ceramic Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dyadic-series.md) - [3D-Printed Colorful Vessels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/olivier-van-herpt-1.md) - [Geometric Wooden Art Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aleph-geddis.md) - [Sculptural Paper Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fragmenti.md) - [Human Embraced-Inspired Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wallmounted-sculpture.md) - [Sophisticated Upcycled Home Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/basket-sculptures.md) - [Paper-Made Mosaic Artwork](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/real-life-architecture-exhibition.md)
