7-Eleven recently opened the doors to a new test store in Dallas, Texas that serves as a sit-down cafe concept, a taco restaurant and a place to test upcoming products and innovations. On-site, consumers will find everything from made-to-order coffee and cold-pressed juices to a bar with wine, beer, kombucha, nitro cold brew and tea on tap.

As well as being a place where people can come to conveniently purchase a grab-and-go meal, this new 7-Eleven concept store offers a [self-service growler station for beer](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/trust-bars) and cider, The Cellar, which is stocked with wines, as well as sections for baked goods, bulk snacks plus cold treats like frozen yogurt and ice cream.
