Of course, this [exercise tool](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bowflex-results-series-1090) will have them channeling the God of Thunder more than they will be channeling this Australian actor. Brought to us by [Rogue Fitness](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vosges-and-rogue-creamery), the SISU War Hammer is an indestructible [training weapon](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/compact-weight-system) designed with a seven gauge loadable steel head. Although it starts at a weight of 14 pounds, it can reach 8 pounds easily. Made entirely out of metal, it boasts a 38" long handle and removable back for weights in order for easy use. The SISU War Hammer is named after the Finnish word meaning "stubborn determination." ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.0/10 - Popularity: 20% | Activity: 63% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Health](https://www.trendhunter.com/health) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Functional Fitness Tools:** Exploring innovative exercise tools that combine functionality and durability for efficient workouts. - **Superhero-inspired Workout Gear:** Discovering exercise equipment influenced by popular fictional characters to create engaging and motivating workout experiences. - **Customizable Training Equipment:** Exploring the development of exercise tools with adjustable features to accommodate different fitness levels and goals. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Fitness Equipment:** Opportunity for fitness companies to develop durable and versatile exercise tools for varied training purposes. - **Entertainment Merchandise:** Creation of workout gear inspired by superhero characters presents a market opportunity for entertainment merchandise companies. - **Sporting Goods:** Innovation in customizable training equipment offers sporting goods companies the chance to cater to individual athletes' needs for optimal performance. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Superhero-Inspired LEGO Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/thors-hammer1.md) - [Mythical Hammer-Inspired Power Stations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/asus-rog-mjolnir.md) - [All-in-One Portable Gym Equipment](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/olympus-grip.md) - [Adjustable Athlete Workout Kegs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tribe-wod-king-keg.md) - [Total Body Workout Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-portable-gym.md) - [Aesthetic Dual-Purpose Weights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/helix-weight.md) - [Weighted Workout Body Suits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/workout-body-suit.md) - [Expanded Functional Fitness Programs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/expertled-training-programs.md) - [Superhero-Guided Workout Apps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/superheroguided-workout-app.md)
