As a connoisseur of gin, I am always happy to find a new way to create this delicious product. Well, now I have found a place that makes brand [new gin](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ginuary), in a very old way: meet [Sipsmith Distillery](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sipsmith-origin-1639-gin).

Not only is it London’s first new distillery in 200 years, it is also one of the only places that produces super small batches of gin and vodka on numbered bottles. Having imported a special copper pot from Bavaria, to ensure only the highest quality product garners the Sipsmith Distillery name.
