Noteworthy for the OOVALON / LUNEOO UNIT is that its silhouette combines a new granite composite material with a [faucet design inspired by lighting fixtures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lumos-water-purifier). The LUNEOO faucet features a cylindrical form that mirrors the sensibilities of contemporary lighting design. It is operated through a separate counter-mounted electronic dial that controls water volume and temperature while allowing full 360-degree swivel movement for flexibility across larger workspaces. The OOVALON sink is crafted from a newly developed material called VELGRANIT, which the company describes as a granite composite with a smooth, velvety texture. It is framed as a departure from the rougher feel of conventional stone composites.
