Considering their occupations, Silver & Co converted that [derelict shed into an art studio](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/love-shack-1) that can easily function as a guest bedroom, a play area, or a gallery space depending on the needs of the clients. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.7/10 - Popularity: 56% | Activity: 18% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Art Studio Conversion:** Repurposing unused structures as art studios or creative spaces. - **Multi-purpose Design:** Designing spaces that can serve multiple functions, such as a guest bedroom, play area, or gallery space. - **Playful Design:** Incorporating playful elements into design to stimulate creativity and inspiration. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Architecture:** Opportunity to specialize in designing creative and multi-functional spaces that inspire and encourage playfulness. - **Real Estate:** Repurposing unused or underutilized structures into usable spaces, such as art studios or co-working spaces. - **Art and Design:** Opportunity to blend design with creativity by incorporating playful elements into the spaces being created. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Converted Hybrid Studio Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cowshed.md) - [Simplistic Tranquil Garden Studios](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tuinhuis-atelier.md) - [Light-Filled Garden Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/paul-westwood.md) - [Artist Apartment Conversions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/alan-prekop-studio.md) - [Corten-Clad Garden Studios](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/garden-studio-1.md) - [Dual-Workspace Backyard Sheds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/workshed.md) - [Villa-Transformed Creative Studios](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/studio-nichetto.md) - [Artist Studio Conversions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/schack-arkitektur.md) - [Compact Cozy Garden Studios](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bush-studio.md)
