Kenny Random adds a lighthearted comical feel to walls, expressing a jester-like humor. The shadow man walks around the streets creating new life and adventures on exterior surfaces. [Turning other tags into balloons](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/keff-joons) or making it seem as though the silhouette graffiti man is actually the one spray painting are some examples of Kenny Random's work. It's like Peter Pan's shadow who has a life of its own causing small mischief wherever it goes. Kenny Random's mysterious shadow is sometimes also accompanied by a cat, who also seems to wander the walls, climbing all over established street art. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.7/10 - Popularity: 98% | Activity: 94% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Graffiti](https://www.trendhunter.com/graffiti) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Silhouette Graffiti:** Opportunity for artists to create interactive and playful street art by incorporating silhouette figures. - **Street Art Interaction:** Potential for artists to engage with existing street art and create new narratives and visual aesthetics. - **Comical Street Art:** Emerging trend of humorous and lighthearted street art that adds a playful element to urban spaces. ### Where This Applies - **Art:** Artists can capitalize on the trend of silhouette graffiti by incorporating it into their artwork and creating unique visual experiences. - **Mural Painting:** Opportunity for mural painters to collaborate with street artists and incorporate silhouette graffiti techniques into their murals for added interactive elements. - **Streetwear:** Streetwear brands can collaborate with street artists and designers to create clothing and accessories featuring silhouette graffiti prints, tapping into the trend's playful and edgy aesthetic. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Statement Street Art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/surreal-street-art-1.md) - [Childlike Characters Art Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/childlike-characters-art-exhibition.md) - [Playful Cartoon Apparel](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kenny-scharf-and-axel.md) - [Digital Graffiti NFTs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/graffiti-wall-collection.md) - [Artful Suspended Fashion Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/invisible-figures.md) - [Artful Cartoonish Canal Bridges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/canal-skybridge.md) - [Enigmatic Graffiti Incidents](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/enigmatic-graffiti.md) - [Provoking Graffiti Exhibits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/david-ruggeri.md) - [Collaborative Monochromatic Art Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/collaborative-monochromatic-art-exhibition.md)
