This sandwich is topped with either chicken or a beef patty, a zesty, spicy Sriracha Mac sauce, crispy onions, tomato and a baby spinach and kale blend. In recent years, kale has grown to be quite popular with Millennial consumers due to its nutrient-dense composition. Sriracha hot sauce has also developed a kind of cult following for its great flavor and inexpensive cost. The Sriracha Mac sauce will also be available as a [new dipping flavor](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/special-edition-gold-sauce) for the famous McDonald's Chicken Nuggets. McDonald's began market tests of the Sriracha Mac sauce last year and fortunately for Sriracha fans, it passed.
