Sharing community resources will not only strengthen the relationship between residents in the neighborhood, but it will also contribute to accessibility and sustainability.

The project is headed by [IKEA's](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kaleidoscopic-home) Innovation Lab — Space10, and architecture studio EFFEKT. It will make it possible for residents to buy "shares" of community real estate on a month-to-month basis. As their ownership is "progressively increasing," individuals will have "the potential to cash [...] in at a later date."

The Space10 and EFFEKT work together to diversify the 'Urban Village Project' by making the space useable for [multiple generations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moongate) and the dynamic more tightly knit through policies that encourage individuals to have the mentality for [sharing community resources](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spaced-agency). What this entails is that there will be a degree of social cohesion when it comes to "daycare and transport, local water harvesting, communal dining, and urban farming initiatives."
