# Jewish Holiday Play Sets Everything a Child Needs to Wish You "Shana Tova U Metukah" By Marissa Liu | Published 2009-09-18 | Life-Stages Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shana-tova-u-metukah References: [judaism](http://www.judaism.com/display.asp?etn=EADGB) “Shana tova u metukah!” This weekend is the Jewish New Year and even the children can practice this celebratory tradition with the Rosh Hashanah Play Set. This set comes with everything needed for a child to learn to toast, “shana tova u metukah!” The set includes a set of candlesticks, kiddush cup, apple & honey, shofar, and two round challahs. All of the play set’s items are made of wood and hand-painted with non-toxic paint. The apple slices are attached with Velcro, so children can pretend to “slice” the apple and dip it into the honey. You can’t put a price on traditions or learning, but this Rosh Hashanah Play Set only costs $35.95. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.0/10 - Popularity: 3% | Activity: 50% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Life-Stages](https://www.trendhunter.com/life-stages) > [Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/toys) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Kid-friendly Holiday Sets:** Creating holiday play sets for children is a trend that caters to younger generations for traditional celebrations. - **Interactive Learning Playthings:** Inclusion of interactive toy features to teach children cultural traditions is growing in popularity. - **Hand-painted Wooden Toy Sets:** Hand-painted wooden toy play sets for cultural traditions and celebrations are popular choices for eco-conscious families. ### Where This Applies - **Toy Manufacturing:** As children become more engaged in their cultural traditions, toy manufacturers have a more significant role in providing suitable learning tools. - **Education:** More schools incorporate cultural education activities into their curriculum, and these interactive play sets can facilitate that learning. - **E-commerce:** E-commerce platforms selling cultural learning toys can provide accessible products to families who may not have easy access to these items. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Celebrative Hanukkah Tea Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hanukkah-gift-sets.md) - [Artisanal Hanukkah Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hanukkah-chocolate.md) - [Chanukah Cookie Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sugar-cookie-kit.md) - [Kosher THC Gummies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kosher-for-passover.md) - [Crypto-Inspired Hanukkah Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/manischewitz-crypto-gelt.md) - [Crunchy-Sweet Condiments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/haroset.md) - [Hanukkah-Ready Chocolate Gifts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hanukkah-chocolate-gifts.md) - [Convenient Kosher Blintzes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/manischewitz-blintzes.md) - [Festive Wine Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/festive-wine-box.md)
