It has a moody aesthetic with a welcome lounge that is meant to encourage both work and play. This is made for DICE as its latest headquarters and is in an [old Victorian building](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cloisters-interiors). It was developed by the Benyon Estate with the help of architects Henley Halebrown and Sullivan Brothers Construction. CEO of DICE enjoyed his time working at [The Block](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kinsman) cafe, and he wanted to create the same aesthetic to encourage creatives and instill more inspiration by working in a beautiful space. The ground floor has an open floor plan, which is inspired by general club layouts.
