At a first glance, the SEIDEL appears to be a striped [throw blanket](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ribbed-plush-blanket), which notably marks the first throw by the studio as well. However, at a closer look, the stripes boast a unique texture. The blanket is made from [pure organic cotton](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-wren) and has a velvety texture that is a result of repeatedly brushing the material after the throw has been woven.
