# Transparent Bread Browners See-Through Toaster Shows When Your Slices are Prepared to Preference By Amelia Roblin | Published 2015-01-06 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/seethrough-toaster References: [yankodesign](http://www.yankodesign.com/2014/12/26/toast-toasted-right/) & [chuansongme](http://chuansongme.com/n/1032431) The See-Through Toaster by Chaya Harntaweewongsa isn't the first windowed bread browner, but it is certainly worthy of note. The design blends the familiar appearance of a typical toaster with the integration of the sleeker features of future tech. The body of the contraption is smooth, rectilinear, and finished with a glossy white coating. The dial and the button are warm wooden fittings, giving the toaster charm for the home kitchen. Look to its long sides, however, and the [countertop appliance](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/balmuda-toaster-pro) will reveal its most intriguing features. Generous [glass panels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apple-clear-series) allow a view into the See-Through Toaster, between the grid of electric rods and to the surfaces of the slices. You can certainly set this gadget to achieve your preferred level of browning, but you're afforded the ability to keep an eye on progress as well. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.3/10 - Popularity: 55% | Activity: 67% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Transparent Toaster:** A new trend in kitchen appliances that allows for visibility during the cooking process. - **Smart Kitchen Appliances:** Integrating technology into everyday kitchen appliances to enhance customer experience and convenience. - **Sleek Design:** A focus on aesthetics and modern design to improve the look of traditional household appliances. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Appliance:** Innovative kitchen appliances to improve the cooking and dining experience of homeowners. - **Technology:** Integrating technology into household appliances to improve convenience and customer satisfaction. - **Kitchenware:** Modernizing and improving the aesthetics of traditional kitchen appliances for a more contemporary feel. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sliding Easy-Access Toasters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/slide-toaster.md) - [Visualized Intelligent Toaster Models](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cuisinart-simplitouch-xl.md) - [Touchscreen Interface Smart Toasters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/toasty-one.md) - [Minimalist One-Slice Toasters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/toast-appliance.md) - [Precision Touchscreen-Enabled Toasters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tineco-toasty-one.md) - [Optic Sensor Smart Toasters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/breville-eye-q-auto.md) - [Modern WiFi-Equipped Toasters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/revolution-cooking.md) - [Modern Japanese Toasters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/japanese-toaster.md) - [Multi-Position Bread Toasters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/taurus-toaster-30.md)
