Japanese company [Nendo](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nendo-andon-table) arranges a striking collection of seesaw furniture. Consisting of two side tables and a larger dining table, the pieces challenge perceptions through their illusory exterior. The exceptionally exquisite silhouettes include the placement of a heavy marble top onto a pointed base. This is what gives the seesaw furniture its balanced attributes.

Nendo undertook an [ultra-minimalist design approach](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/karimoku-case) for this collection. As a result, the incredibly luxurious materials are highlighted and the three marbled pieces make for exceptional additions to the contemporary home interior. The monochromatic exterior of the tables also adds a sense of effortless sophistication.

Intending to relate "a contradictory impression between the natural heaviness of the marble and the lightness of the design," Nendo produces the seesaw furniture collection for Italian marble specialists Marsotto Edizioni.
