If there is in fact a relationship between one's environment and one's output, then certainly the Secretaria Desk would encourage its user to do absolutely fabulous work. With inspiration from [antique writing tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dieffebi), this workstation presents a flat surface, a back full of [little storage cubbies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tower-desk1) and a [tracked cover to conceal any clutter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/obelisk-3). With a glossy black finish, the piece is formally reminiscent of a grand piano turned up and on end. It's wonderfully sophisticated and striking. Ideally placed within a room with a high ceiling, Nika Zupanc's Secretaria Desk brings glamor to even the most mundane of administrative responsibilities. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.2/10 - Popularity: 25% | Activity: 4% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Glamorous Workspaces:** Luxurious and sophisticated office spaces that promote productivity and creativity. - **Antique Revival:** Designs that take inspiration from classic styles and bring them into modern spaces. - **Minimalist Storage:** Furniture solutions that prioritize keeping clutter hidden and out of sight. ### Who This Affects Most - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Companies that specialize in creating unique and sophisticated workspace furnishings that elevate the aesthetics of office spaces. - **Interior Design:** Professionals who reimagine traditional design concepts to create unique, stylish, and functional office spaces. - **Home Office Products:** Companies that design and manufacture furniture and accessories for people who work from home and value aesthetics in their workspace. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Ergonomic Multi-Use Desk Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kabinett-desk.md) - [Elegant Working Desk Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mindset-builtin-computer-desk.md) - [Futuristic Sculptural Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arnardo-desk.md) - [Ultra-Chic Wall Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wall-desks.md) - [Sleek Storage-Packed Workstations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/threesix-desk.md) - [Made-to-Order WFH Office Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/porvata-cardinal-computer-desk.md) - [Fold-Out WFH Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/writing-bureau.md) - [Minimalist Storage-Friendly Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-bold-desk.md) - [Hyper-Customizable Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hypercustomizable-desk.md)
