You get one hell of a house, that's what. The Sebastopol residence, with a [breathtaking view](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-cloud-house) and enviable dimensions, is a house worth coveting. The Sebastopol residence is nestled in the [Redwood forests of California](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kw-house), like a baby bird being kept warm by its mother. The house has an expansive view, [decks on either side](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/openspace-architecture) of the house, and is just really awesome. Someone buy the Sebastopol residence for me, ok? How about now? ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.8/10 - Popularity: 56% | Activity: 49% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Forest-embracing Design:** Exploring design concepts that blend seamlessly with nature, creating harmonious and sustainable living spaces. - **Graphic Designer-inspired Homes:** Incorporating the aesthetic principles of graphic design into residential architecture to create visually striking and creative living spaces. - **Covetable Residence Designs:** Creating unique and desirable residential designs that captivate and inspire potential buyers. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Architecture:** Opportunities for architects to create innovative and environmentally conscious designs that merge seamlessly with nature. - **Real Estate:** Developing properties that offer unique and visually appealing designs to attract discerning buyers. - **Interior Design:** Creating interiors that reflect the principles of graphic design and harmonize with nature, offering creative and functional living spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Ocean-Overlooking Perched Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/big-sur.md) - [Balanced Renovated San-Fran Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/redwood-house.md) - [Sculpted Oak Grove Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lj-residence.md) - [Daylight-Filled Treetop Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/atwater-house.md) - [Meadow-Overlooking Sleek Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/studioac-1.md) - [Vaulted Structural Telescopic Treehouse](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/artistree-home.md) - [Trapezoidal Concrete Forest Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ksa-studen.md) - [California Coastline Renovated Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/big-sur-house.md) - [Tranquil Courtyard Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cupertino-courtyard-house.md)
