By night, however, the Ti.Galet goes from mild to wild. One touch, and the interior of the Ti.Galet lights up from within. Too often, light fixtures are made to look good either in the daytime or at night, but not both. Neon lights often look garish during the day, and [bright desktop lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/juba-tl1-table-lamp) is too bright and ordinary for night. Gilles Rivière's Ti.Galet, however, looks beautiful at any time. The Ti.Galet is handmade by Gilles Rivière, and takes several months to make. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.0/10 - Popularity: 44% | Activity: 8% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Multifunctional Furniture:** The Ti.Galet's ability to function as both a seat and a table offers opportunities for disruptive innovation in the furniture industry. - **Interactive Lighting:** The illuminated interior of the Ti.Galet highlights the potential for interactive lighting solutions in the lighting industry. - **Day-to-night Design:** The Ti.Galet's seamless transition from a sleek day-time seat to a vibrant illuminated piece at night showcases the demand for day-to-night design in the home decor industry. ### Who This Affects Most - **Furniture:** The Ti.Galet's unique design and functionality presents innovation opportunities in the furniture industry. - **Lighting:** The Ti.Galet's illuminated interior suggests disruptive innovations in the lighting industry. - **Home Decor:** The Ti.Galet's versatile day-to-night design opens up possibilities for disruptive innovations in the home decor industry. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Opulent Outdoor Lamp Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gubi-seine-portable-lamp.md) - [Industrial Light-Equipped Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hidden-light-chair.md) - [Mood-Setting Adventurous Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/guidelight.md) - [Sleek Rechargeable Marbled Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/solid-table-light.md) - [Origami-Inspired Lit Table Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lightup.md) - [Sleek Tonal Portable Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/quesar.md) - [Perforated LED Table Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lume.md) - [Luxurious Futuristic Table Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/futuristic-table-lamp.md) - [Table-Equipped Seating Solutions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/migo-chair.md)
