Handcrafted with a sunburst inlay pattern made from dyed rye straw, the tabletop shimmers with iridescence that shifts under changing light. Its circular geometry evokes rippling waves and the graceful curvature of aquatic forms, uniting craftsmanship and natural inspiration. Each strand of rye straw is cleaned, dyed, and pressed flat before being arranged into a radiating composition across the surface. Mounted on a solid cylindrical base, the table feels both grounded and ethereal. The design embodies Bulgakova’s pursuit of tactility and calm, transforming straw—a humble material—into an object of sculptural elegance. The Seahorse Coffee Table stands as a meditation on movement, texture, and the quiet beauty of craft.
