The goal of the firm in designing the space was to "break stereotypes and defy conventionality" -- a goal which it certainly managed to achieve. The office is based around a circular glass conference room that takes up its middle, with the surrounding areas featuring meeting rooms, work areas and most significantly -- [sculptural pieces of art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/morgen-screen). This art is expansive and accomplishes the goal of creating a work environment that defies office norms. This sculptural office space appears almost as an art museum at times, and works to create an in-office atmosphere that is steeped in creativity and productivity. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.2/10 - Popularity: 62% | Activity: 26% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Art-inspired Office Spaces:** Designing offices that incorporate artwork to create a creative and productive environment. - **Sculptural Office Partitions:** Creating artistic and functional office spaces with sculptural partitions. - **Breaking Office Norms:** Designing offices that defy conventionality and create unique work environments. ### Who This Affects Most - **Interior Design:** Creating unique and functional office spaces that incorporate art and sculpture. - **Fine Arts:** Providing sculptures and artwork for offices to create unique and creative work environments. - **Architecture:** Designing buildings, offices and workspaces that challenge and break convention, and defy stereotypes. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Work-Enhancing Partitioning Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/partitioning-system.md) - [Art Gallery-Inspired Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/maniera.md) - [Contemporary Office Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rock-capital-warsaw-office.md) - [Studio-Workshop Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/banda-agency-kyiv.md) - [Self-Designed Tranquil Workspaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/studio-saransh.md) - [Reinvented Office Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mislad.md) - [Prayer Room Government Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/agata-kurzela.md) - [Sophisticated Government Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sophisticated-government-office.md) - [Playful Contemporary Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/playful-contemporary-office.md)
