The in-suite bedroom can also serve as guest bedroom. On the opposite site of the public area, there is a [sculptural staircase](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/taichung-apartment) which leads to the private area of the home, where the main bedroom and bathroom are located. White is the dominant color within majority of the rooms in this apartment by A-Cero Architects. There are only a few elements, such as the lacquered black wood console, that break up this [monochromic house](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grigio-verde). Also characterized by the color white, the kitchen has a stretched-out disposition and looks truly intriguing. Some people may find the design to be quite daring, but many feel that this interesting layout is a definite accomplishment. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.9/10 - Popularity: 70% | Activity: 69% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Colorless Interiors:** Designing homes with minimalist and monochromatic interiors using predominantly colorless palettes can create a futuristic look and feel. - **Sculptural Staircases:** Creating unique and artful staircases within homes can add an architectural focal point and enhance overall aesthetic. - **Monochromatic Kitchens:** Designing kitchens with predominantly colorless palettes and unique layouts can add a futuristic and intriguing feel to the heart of the home. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Architecture:** Innovative architects can incorporate minimalist and colorless designs to create futuristic and unique living spaces. - **Interior Design:** Interior designers can create visually stunning and artistic homes by incorporating sculptural elements and unique palettes through furniture and decor. - **Home Renovation:** Home renovators can create a futuristic look and feel by incorporating colorless palettes and unique design elements like sculptural staircases and monochromatic kitchens. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Compact White-Painted Modern Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/whitepainted-modern-home.md) - [Bathroom-Centric Dubai Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bone-studio.md) - [Vibrant Tonal Spanish Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/colombo-and-serboli-architecture-1.md) - [Ultra-Slick Modern Apartment Interiors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modern-apartment-interior.md) - [Bright Colorful Converted Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/so-sebastio-123.md) - [Kerala-Based Modern Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-next-door-project.md) - [Lofty Minimalist Living Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/minimalist-living-space1.md) - [Industrial-Inspired Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glassbrick-apartment.md) - [Color-Blocking Vibrant Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jj16.md)
