The architecture firm went with a [stepped terrace layout](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/b2a-architects), which spans over 100,000 square meters. The building will be used for a number of different activities, including but not limited to "spaces for arts, performance, education facilities, offices, sports, and leisure," according to DesignBoom. The site is also located right next to a [section of wetland](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lake-house-life-experience-pavilion), giving the atmosphere of the place quite a serene feeling out in nature. It seems like there isn't a sport or activity not offered at this cultural center by Schmidt Hammer Lassen, making it the perfect place to come and relax or get some exercise.
