The video features [hand-drawn images](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/superflat-animation) superimposed with the singer and her [background dancers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gap-and-parker-posey) that give it an indie and alternative feel. The cartoonish music video, while obviously not particularly concerned with a plot, begins in a desert and travels through the sky and water to a cityscape, with some terrifying but interesting images of her dancers with large, exaggerated white smiles over their lips. The bouncy, tribal-rhythmic song also states "Gaga-ga you're slightly off, it's okay I'll take the loss," and depicts a mermaid Lady Gaga-lookalike being eaten by a tiger, who then spits out her crown and places it on a pedestal. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.4/10 - Popularity: 27% | Activity: 7% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Pop Culture](https://www.trendhunter.com/popculture) > [Viral](https://www.trendhunter.com/viral) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Hand-drawn Videos:** Opportunities for artists and musicians to create visually unique and engaging content using hand-drawn animation techniques. - **Alternative Music Videos:** The rise of non-traditional music videos that experiment with unconventional visuals and storytelling techniques. - **Digital Artistry in Music Videos:** Emerging trend of incorporating digital art elements into music videos, blurring the line between animation and live-action. ### Where This Applies - **Entertainment:** The entertainment industry can explore new ways to captivate audiences with visually stunning and creative hand-drawn music videos. - **Visual Arts:** Artists specializing in hand-drawn animation can collaborate with musicians to bring their songs to life through visually captivating music videos. - **Digital Media:** The digital media industry can capitalize on the demand for alternative and visually appealing music videos by providing platforms for artists to showcase their work. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Pizza-Themed Music Videos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lucha-little.md) - [AI-Generated Rap Music Videos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/love-you-more.md) - [Singer Soda Music Videos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/so-good.md) - [Rapper-Inspired Easter Ads](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nova-starr.md) - [Holiday Diss Tracks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-rizzler.md) - [Feminine Rebellion Campaigns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/songs-of-siren.md) - [Virtual Music Video Generators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bangershow.md) - [Music Video EV Teasers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jlo-fiat-500e.md) - [Artist-Inspired Game Events](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lady-gaga-1.md)
