The all-new toy has a completely unique feel that can be packed and shaped like sand but also stretched like slime. The tactile toy is more than capable of entertaining kids of all ages on its own—especially as colors can be combined to create new shades—but it may also be used with [rollers, stamps and molds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/strawberry-shortcake-scentsory-putty) to inspire even more creative play. Notably, where SLIMYGLOOP SLIMYSAND sets itself apart the most is in the fact that it's not like other play sands, as it doesn't crumble or create a mess. When not in use, the slime-like sand toy can be packed into its resealable bucket or bag. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.8/10 - Popularity: 75% | Activity: 59% | Freshness: 9% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Life-Stages](https://www.trendhunter.com/life-stages) > [Youth](https://www.trendhunter.com/youth) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Slime-like Sand Toys:** SLIMYGLOOP SLIMYSAND combines the stretchy properties of slime with the moldability of sand, offering a unique tactile experience for kids. - **Hands-on Play:** SLIMYGLOOP SLIMYSAND allows for interactive and imaginative play, providing opportunities to engage children of all ages in sensory exploration. - **Mess-free Play Sands:** SLIMYGLOOP SLIMYSAND does not crumble or create a mess, making it a convenient option for parents and caregivers. ### Where This Applies - **Toy Manufacturing:** Toy manufacturers can explore incorporating slime-like sand toys into their product lines to offer a unique and engaging play experience for children. - **Art and Craft Supplies:** Art and craft supplies companies can leverage SLIMYGLOOP SLIMYSAND's moldability and stretchy properties to create innovative materials for sculpting and modeling. - **Educational Toys:** Educational toy manufacturers can utilize SLIMYGLOOP SLIMYSAND to develop hands-on sensory learning products, promoting creativity and cognitive development. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Supermarket-Inspired Slime Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zuru-slime-mart.md) - [Edible Slime Candies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/slime-candy.md) - [Sensory Dough Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/playdoh-6-variety-compounds.md) - [Viral Satisfying ASMR Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/slime-life.md) - [Ice Cream-Inspired Slime Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ice-cream-slime.md) - [Vibrant Slime Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sloomoo-institute.md) - [Sensory DIY Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/silly-putty-nuggets-mixin-lab.md) - [Sustainable Kinetic Sand Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kinetic-sand-project-planet.md) - [Burger-Themed Slime Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/slime-life-cheeseburger-diy-slime-kit.md)
