Since opening in 2017, Sand and Pearl has become a popular destination known for its eclectic seafood offerings, which include oysters, caviar, and lobster rolls, complemented by chilled martinis and a curated selection of natural wines. With the opening of its Toronto-based sister location, International Palace of Joy, seafood enthusiasts will soon be able to enjoy these high-quality dishes year-round. In spring, the Toronto location will also feature a spacious streetside patio, ideal for outdoor dining during the warmer months. The venue will also cater to private events, offering a versatile space for parties and gatherings. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.1/10 - Popularity: 1% | Activity: 1% | Freshness: 30% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Engaging Oyster Festivals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ontario-oyster-festival.md) - [Modern 1970s Milan-Inspired Restaurants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oretta-downtown.md) - [Toronto Restaurant Expansions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/earls-yorkdale.md) - [Toronto Flagship Restaurants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/toronto-flagship-restaurants-earls-yorkdale-set-to-open-april-21st-with-exc.md) - [Casual Refined Dining Destinations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aloette-bay.md) - [Private Member Toronto Restaurants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/toronto-restaurant-margo.md) - [Flavorful Toronto Restaurants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/able-fare-social-table.md) - [Luxury Chinese Cuisine Experiences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mott-32.md) - [Toronto Gastro-Gaming Businesses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oche.md)
