After months in the rumour mill, Samsung is ready to dive into the competitive android/smartphone market at a pretty decent height. The Samsung i7500 comes ready to roll with a 3.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen, WiFi, GPS, a 5 megapixel camera with Power LED, 8GB of storage (upgradeable to 32gb), and a standard 3.5mm headset jack. Although North American release dates have not surfaced from within the rumour mill, it can’t be long before this beast heads over seas to tackle our market. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.3/10 - Popularity: 58% | Activity: 92% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Mobile](https://www.trendhunter.com/mobile) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Android Camera Phones:** The rise of android camera phones presents an opportunity for companies to develop innovative photography and imaging features. ### Who This Affects Most - **Smartphone Manufacturing:** Manufacturers can leverage the demand for android camera phones to expand their market share. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Photo-Focused Mid-Range Smartphones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/midrange-smartphones.md) - [Refined AI-Enabled Phones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/galaxy-a17-5g.md) - [AI-Powered Smartphone Trios](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/samsung-6.md) - [Ultra High-Resolution Smartphones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/samsung-galaxy-s22.md) - [Branded Olympics Smartphones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/samsung-galaxy-z-flip3-5g-olympic-games-edition.md) - [Ultra-Slim Titanium Smartphones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/samsung-galaxy-s25-edge.md) - [Camera-Highlighting Smartphones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/google-pixel-7.md) - [Gaming-Ready 5G Smartphones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/samsung-galaxy-f23-5g.md) - [Foldable Crease-Free Smartphones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/samsung-galaxy-z-fold-se.md)
