What appears to be plastic-like, overlapping rings are simply patterns of light that have been projected onto the ceiling by eight high-power LEDs through the lens itself. When the light is turned off, the chandelier becomes barely noticeable. The RSA House Chandelier was conceived by Troika, a design studio based in the United Kingdom.
