Walnut Creek's retail hub will be adding a three-story complex featuring the area's first rooftop restaurant. To be located downtown in the Cadillac Corner area of Walnut Creek, the building will include a retail space on the ground floor and two floors dedicated to three restaurants.

Developed by Brian Hirahara, the retail space will be dedicated to clothing retailer [Vineyard Vines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/comfortable-apparel) with an additional ground level cafe. The second storey will be home to another eatery including a covered outdoor dining area. The top floor will have the [rooftop restaurant and bar](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/louix-louis-sky-garden), which will be partly covered with skylights and walls that roll down.

Hirahara describes the Bay Area project as "a sort of 'urbanization' of Walnut Creek as it evolves from a suburban downtown into a more urban and dynamic retail and restaurant center for the area."
