The Roe & Co Coffee Stout Cask Finish has been created in collaboration with the [Guinness Brewery](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cold-brew-coffee-beer) as a distinct spirit for consumers to enjoy on its own or in their choice of recipe. The spirit is part of the distillery's [Cask & Keg small batch series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/barrel-finishing-techniques) and features the whiskey aged in [Guinness Open Gate Brewery's](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/festive-holiday-beer) Coffee Stout casks to impart a distinct flavor profile. This is reported to have notes of vanilla, ginger, caramel and freshly ground coffee for a much more complex taste on the palate.

The Roe & Co Coffee Stout Cask Finish features a 46% ABV and isn't chill filtered. The limited release isn't available in the US just yet, but is priced at $59 per bottle.
