The Rocking Loungers can be used both outdoors and indoors and are the best way to take time out of your day to relax. The lie-down chair almost acts like a hammock and is a rocking bed that doesn't throw you out when you lie on it. Why not adorn your front lawn with one of these Rocking Loungers instead of having one of those [porch benches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/espattio-platero-rocking-table)? **Implications** - A lavish and luxurious lifestyle is not an option for everyone, so businesses will benefit from offering products that, though not opulent, allow for rest and relaxation. Regardless of the industry, a company can expand its target demographic by providing buyers with ways to make their daily lives easier as a short escape from a hectic lifestyle is worth its weight in gold. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.9/10 - Popularity: 46% | Activity: 93% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Rocking Loungers:** The trend of designing modern day Rocking Loungers which are perfect for relaxing indoors and outdoors. - **Rest and Relaxation Products:** The trend of offering products that allow for rest and relaxation regardless of how lavish and luxurious they are. - **Short Escape Products:** The trend of providing buyers with ways to make their daily lives easier as a short escape from a hectic lifestyle is worth its weight in gold. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture:** Furniture industry can incorporate the design of modern day Rocking Loungers as a new product line. - **Outdoor Living:** Outdoor Living industry can introduce the Rocking Loungers as a perfect way to enjoy the outdoors with comfort. - **Wellness:** Wellness industry can introduce the Rest and Relaxation products which enable people to relax and have a short escape from a hectic lifestyle. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Ergonomic Inflated Reclined Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/johannes-faurebrac.md) - [Ergonomic Relaxation Lounge Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zephyr-lounger.md) - [Wooden Lounge Rocking Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nice-chair.md) - [Cushioned Relaxing Lounge Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/calma-lounge.md) - [Soothing Boat-Like Lounge Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/canoa-chair.md) - [Ergonomic Inflatable Lounge Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/z-lounger.md) - [Fabric-Wrapped Rocking Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zhe-rocking-chair.md) - [Comforting Designer Chair Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/calma-lounge-by-layer.md) - [Elegant Exterior Lounge Beds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lounge-bed.md)
