# Toy Block Wizard Chambers Flickr User Robuko Recreates Dumbledore's Magical Lair By Jason Soy | Published 2012-08-09 | Life-Stages Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/robuko References: [brothers-brick](http://www.brothers-brick.com/2012/08/08/dumbledores-office/) & [flickr](http://www.flickr.com/photos/41980291@N06/) People have been recreating movie scenes using [LEGO](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hogsmeade-village-collectors) for decades now, and continuing that awesome fad is Flickr user Robuko. Seen here is his version of Dumbledore’s oval office from the Harry Potter movies, replicated at a fraction of the size, but with the same amount of detail as a film set. From Dumbledore’s bookshelves to his various magical tools, everything has been accounted for in Robuko’s fan tribute. Currently, Robuko has submitted his [LEGO reproduction](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lego-diorama) into the Guilds of Historica Commerce Challenge in hopes of winning a prize. He even included several cast members in LEGO form in order to better his chances at claiming victory, though I think Harry Potter fans everywhere would be satisfied enough with a toy version of Dumbledore’s office in their homes. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.1/10 - Popularity: 18% | Activity: 6% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Life-Stages](https://www.trendhunter.com/life-stages) > [Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/toys) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **LEGO Reproductions:** Creating movie scenes using LEGO bricks can be a disruptive innovation opportunity in the toy industry, especially for character licensors. - **Fan Tribute Toys:** Designing and creating fan tribute toys can offer a disruptive innovation opportunity in the toy industry, offering a new way for fans to show their appreciation for their favorite characters. - **Replicating Movie Sets:** Replicating movie sets in miniature form can be a disruptive innovation opportunity in the toy industry, especially for collectors who want a piece of the magic in their own homes. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Toy Industry:** The toy industry can benefit from the disruptive innovation of creating fan tribute toys and LEGO reproductions, offering new ways for fans to engage with their favorite movies and characters. - **Movie Industry:** The movie industry can benefit from the disruptive innovation of replicating movie sets in miniature form, offering a new source of revenue through merchandise sales for popular franchises. - **Collectibles Industry:** The collectibles industry can benefit from the disruptive innovation of miniature movie set replicas and fan tribute toys, providing a new market for collectors. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Magical Puzzle Displays](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hogsmeade-village-collectors.md) - [Fantasy Movie Figurines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/harry-potter-franchise.md) - [Mystical School Puzzle Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hogwarts-set.md) - [Fantasy Film-Inspired Puzzle Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/quidditch-trunk.md) - [Wizarding Anniversary Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/25th-anniversary-collector-set.md) - [Buildable Wizard Hats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lego-talking-sorting-hat.md) - [Film-Themed Character Puzzle Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dobby-the-houseelf.md) - [Magical Toy Advent Calendars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lego-harry-potter.md) - [Portable Compact Fantastical Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/polly-pocket-harry-potter.md)
