The Talbotics series of robot night lights are a unique way to light up a dark room.

Constructed out of found items from auto salvage yards, garage sales and constructions sites, each robot sculpture is hand-crafted and one-of-a-kind. Each piece is re-purposed old tools, appliances, car and boat parts and other various junk that has been thrown away.

Based out of Santa Barbara, California, Tal Avitzur is the mastermind behind these [recycled creations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wa-lamp). He puts a great deal of thought and time into each item, sometimes waiting months to complete a piece until he finds just the right items to construct it with.

It is this elaborate and time-consuming process that makes each robot runs upwards of $850 US, a price associated with the cost and effort associated with making each piece.

While the Talbotics series of robot night lights can't perform daily tasks like most robots, they will add a little bit of character to any dimly lit room.
