# Feline Vampire Impersonations Robert Cattinson is a Feline Replica of the Original Edward By Allison Love | Published 2010-08-25 | Lifestyle Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/robert-cattinson References: [perezhilton](http://perezhilton.com/2010-08-24-r-catz) & [buzzfeed](http://www.buzzfeed.com/nikoguy1/robert-cattinson-5xy) Robert Cattinson is quite the hilarious cat. The pretty feline is dressed up to imitate the brooding actor Robert Pattinson in his role as Edward Cullen in the [classic vampire series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cullen-house), Twilight. What's frightening about Robert Cattinson is that he actually looks very similar to its real life counterpart. The cat has got the hair and the facial brood down pat, mimicking Pattinson's signature messy 'do and sultry pout. **Implications** - I am almost certain that there are people out there who are obsessed with both [cats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/black-cat-frappuccino) and the [iconic vampire](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vampire-slayer-collection). Robert Cattinson is definitely one of the cuddliest vampires I have yet to come across! ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.6/10 - Popularity: 53% | Activity: 47% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Pets](https://www.trendhunter.com/pets) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Cat Impersonations:** There is a trend of dressing up cats to imitate famous figures, providing opportunities for pet costume designers and online influencers. - **Celebrity Pet Look-alikes:** The popularity of pets resembling famous celebrities opens doors for pet grooming salons and pet photographers to offer themed services. - **Pop Culture Pet Parodies:** The rise of pets imitating popular characters from movies or TV shows creates a demand for pet costume retailers and viral content creators. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Pet Costume Design:** The trend of dressing up pets as famous figures presents a disruption opportunity for designers to create unique and high-quality pet costumes. - **Pet Grooming and Photography:** The demand for pets resembling celebrities creates a potential niche market for pet grooming salons and photographers specializing in celebrity pet look-alikes. - **Viral Content Creation:** The popularity of pets imitating popular characters provides the chance for content creators to produce viral videos and capitalize on the trend. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Vampire Film Makeup Capsules](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/colourpop-x-twilight.md) - [Pop Star-Themed Animals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/taylor-swiftthemed-cats.md) - [Cat-Friendly Book Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tails-of-irresistibility.md) - [Cat-Themed Vday Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cuddle-collection.md) - [Halloween-Themed Cat Goods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/raw-emotions-2.md) - [Crispy Vampire-Themed Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kit-kat-counts.md) - [Chilling Filmic Scents](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/heretic-parfum-nosferatu.md) - [Novel-Inspired Puzzle Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cullen-house.md) - [VR Cat Experiences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vr-cat-experiences.md)
