The clock is designed by Alberto Sala and rather than being a singular unit, each number is on a separate nylon cube. The cubes can then be arranged randomly on the wall. This arbitrary design method works well if you have a lot of space to spare, so this anomalous time piece is a great way to decorate a [bare wall](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bc17). If you enjoy switching things up, this clock is a great way to stay unconventional. And of course, you can always rearrange the design to your heart's content. This clock boasts a [unique aesthetic composition](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/edition-003-clock) that will be an immediate stand out in your home, and it also makes time-telling a fun experience. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.6/10 - Popularity: 37% | Activity: 34% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Scattered Design:** There is opportunity to disrupt traditional design approaches by incorporating scattered and randomized elements in various products. - **Nontraditional Time Pieces:** Creating time pieces that break away from conventional designs can offer a unique and unconventional way to tell time. - **Personalized Design:** Allowing users to rearrange and customize the design of time pieces can provide a fun and personalized user experience. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Decor:** Incorporating scattered and nontraditional time pieces in home decor products can add an artistic and unconventional touch to interior design. - **Furniture Design:** Integrating scattered and randomized design elements into furniture pieces can create unique and visually striking products. - **Consumer Electronics:** Designing nontraditional time pieces with personalized features can offer consumers a fun and interactive way to experience time. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Concentric Timezone Wall Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/analog-wall-clock.md) - [Dynamic Shadow Wall Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/textural-wall-clock.md) - [Linearly Formed Wall Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/linear-clock-concept.md) - [Mechanical Digital Mesmerizing Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/triaxial-numechron-clock.md) - [Unique Timekeeping Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/unique-timekeeping-device.md) - [Alternative Time Displays](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dozen-clock.md) - [Venn Diagram Wall Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jetlag-clock.md) - [Orbital Timepiece Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/radius-clock.md) - [Subtle Lifestyle-Changing Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/superlocal-clock.md)
